I teach piano lessons over Zoom. I've been using my new laptop on these calls and while it usually works well, out of 35 classes a week I get a random reset during the call on 3-4 of them.

I have a powered USB hub connected to my computer that I connect my devices (music keyboard for midi data, wireless keyboard and mouse, audio interface) to. On the call I am using the built in camera to show my face, a piece of software to display the midi data on a virtual piano so students can see what notes I am playing, and a pdf program where I can display sheet music and draw in. I use a screen share so the student can see the software running.

At first I thought things might be overheating, but I've kept an eye on things with Core Temp 1.16 and it doesn't seem to be an issue (I also take care to position my laptop in a way that it can properly vent).

When I go into Event Viewer I can't seem to get much more information -  I see some warnings that say that "the last shut down was unexpected" but I can't seem to glean any more information than that. I've attached logs for two lessons (an hour each) during which a crash happened:

Crash 1: http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=88659959189360033431

Crash 2: http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=04257243978829589491

I've set unchecked "automatically restart" under Startup and Recovery in the Advanced System Settings menu but I don't get a bluescreen with any error code, it still just goes to black then starts back up.

What could be causing this? Is there somewhere else I can find more information in my system?
