Keyboard has stopped working

Pavilion x2 Detachable 10-n107na

My computer was working perfectly both as a desktop and as a detached tablet, however, after Microsoft assisted me by downloading the latest version of Windows 10 to my device it now only works in tablet mode and the desktop keyboard is non responsive e.g. the caps lock doesn’t light up, the keys don’t work, the nouse mat doesn’t work and when I try and access storage information via tablet mode it only  shows the 32gb ‘c’ drive and not the 1tb inbuilt drive. Can anyone assist please.
