Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs3007tx

While playing games in my HP PAVILION 15 cs3007 xt. I face a problem with my W A S D keys.Sometimes the W key will remain pressed even if I take my hands off the keyboard and player will keep moving forward and to stop this I will have to press the key again. Same happens with A S & D keys

In this case, it is most likely that the keyboard is damaged and the keyboard needs to be replaced, but you can first confirm whether the keyboard is damaged, first update the BIOS, download the keyboard driver again, or enter the BIOS for keyboard detection.
