Product: HP Pavilion x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yesterday my laptop hp Pavilion 360 suddenly switched off and its not turning on since. The white light on the power button is not showing even when pressing for long periods. When the charger is connected to the laptop, that orange light is also not showing.

Help please.

Have you tried with a different wall outlet and different AC Adapter to ensure it's not an outlet or AC Adapter issue?

 

If the issue persists then it would be a problem with the Motherboard. I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
