I have placed online order in HP site and shipment was not delivered through Fedex. But Fedex site tracking number showing package was delivered. Created a case in Fedex and finally they told me to connect with shipper.
I tried to reach resolution and supervisor team as per hp customer care person suggestion, but hearing always IVR voice and putting me in waiting. After 4 hours also call is not connected to Supervisor team.
Really loosing patience and badly need help on this.
