HP notebook-15-da0032wm

Hello all, not very tech savy so im looking for some help. I was using my laptop this morning and an error came up and said some issue was detected with my computer. Before i could do anything, the computer shut itself down. I tried to reboot it and it came up with a screen saying the operating system did not shut down cleanly. Failed to read packed Metadata! I ran diagnostics tests on the computer, it said everything passed. It referred me to an hp website to help troubleshoot my issue. I got to a step prompting me to check the intel optane memory...that wasnt an option. So either i dont have that or it says its malfunctioning. Im lost on where to go from this point. Can anyone help me? Hopefully i can reset this computer somehow and not have to take it in anywhere for repairs. Thanks!!!
