HP x2 Detachable 10-p0xx

I need to unlock the bios, the key it gives me is A [51E73B46]. I used (http://www.tech-faq.com/reset-bios-password.html) to find the code '44851088', but it doesn't work. I've also tried pressing CTRL+ENTER after using it but it still doesn't work.

@Rezom4

For that model and (HEX) code you will need to contact HP in your region and they should be able to generate your Master code from your “SYSTEM DISABLED CODE”

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.

I have also heard that some have had success removing the RTC/BIOS battery???
