Product: Omni 10
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Mom has a Omni10 tablet that was infected with a virus and she allowed the bad guys to take control of it.  I'm assuming I will need to take the tablet back to factory setting to ensure nothing is left behind.  Unfortunately, dad passed away 3 months ago and we can't find the recovery disks.  I tried to go to HP Parts Ordering Web site to find the part number and not having much luck.  I'm looking for suggestions and tips.  I can get a Windows 10 image to reformat, but it won't be the OEM version so I believe it will cause me issues.  Help.
