Stream 7
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I tried to remove Windows 10 from my Stream 7.  I have looked at some responses, but my problem is a little different.  I am frozen at a screen that starts with "a configuration change was requested to clear this computer's TPM (Trusted Platform Module).  At the bottom of the msg, I am asked whether I want to accept the change with two buttons below that:  Yes or No.  "Yes "is selected on the screen, but doesn't operate, nor does the "no "button.  Attempts to reboot bring me back to this screen.  I can't get out of that and rebooting gets me nowhere.  Any thoughts on how I can become operational again?
