Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello all

Received a new Tablet as noted in my subject line. When using the writing implement to take notes for instance on a document or presentation - does anyone know how to proceed to the next page. I cannot find a user guide or instructions on how to navigate or proceed to the next page to continue to either take notes or mark up a document.
