When I try to connect my JBL Endurance 2 headphones to my laptop it tells me to enter a PIN. I contacted the headphone company and they said that they don't require PINs so now I'm asking you guys if there's a PIN.

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the Microsoft document:-

 

You could try the default pin 0000, 1111 or 1234. If you're unable to connect your Bluetooth, here's a complete guide on how to connect your device in Windows 10.
