HP 17 ako43ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi all,

Before throwing this 3 month old HP Laptop out of the Window i thought i might ask here for a solution to the 4 main problems we are facing.

Long story short..

I bought my wife the 17 inch. ak043ng Laptop which must be the worst Laptop i have ever had to deal with and i delt with a lot of slow Laptops in my life.

Problem 1 ..

Wifi switches off for no reason and only comes back on after a restart ... every 10 mins or so.

Problem 2

Laptop switches off on its own for no reason.

Problem 3

I actually can get me a coffe from accross the street while waiting for the Snailtop to startup.

Problem 4

this snailtop is so unbelievable slow that it really makes it hard to do any work on this wannabe Laptop.

Oh and by the way the Laptop is completely empty, maybe 5% of the storage is in use and in terms of security we are using Norton.

So if you ppl from HP support here can help me on these issues i would be more than thankful but i doubt that there is anything you can do...

What a waste of 450 euro!

Thanks
