Envy 27 AiO pc

I got the computer(refurbished HP Envy 27 AiO PC) from may grandad who claimed he got 2 and wanted me to have the second so I took it home and plugged it in and it said that windows installation cannot proceed and to restart the PC. I clicked ok and the same thing came up. I have never got in and when I asked my grandad whats wrong with it he said he turned it on once and it worked just fine and didn't do anything to it ( I believe him bc the second one came it first). But I don't know what's wrong and don't want to talk to cs. Please help.

@Joe_Kerr6,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

  • What is the product number for your computer?
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

Meanwhile, I recommend you try doing a system restore to a previous date and check if it helps.

Follow the steps in the below article to perform a system restore.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!
