Hello!I`m new hear and I hope thaar someone will answer me..despite the easter holydays...today I tried to start my elite x2, but I get an error message on a blue background...than the tablet turned off...since that happened, I`m trying to switch the tablet on,but two leds are on...a red/orange one and a white one....I tried to push the start button, but the tablet is already switched off...please escuse my English, but it seems there is no life chat support for this product.in italy

Hi there fusuni,

 

If you try a soft reset (on my Stream tablets this is accomplished by holding down the power button for about 30 seconds but your user manual for the device should explain if the Elite x2 is any different in this regard) that should fully power off the device before attempting to restart it. It sounds like your device has gone into hibernation mode and is having trouble coming out again.

 

It'll be very helpful to have a pen and paper ready to note down full details of any error message thats displayed this time (if any).
