@Rambo3

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

Riddle_Decipher is at your service.

As I Understand the bit locker encryption has locked and requires a reset as the password is unavailable,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

Did you attempt to reset the tablet using the user guide?

(Click here to view your user guide, if you haven't done that yet)

While you respond to that, here's the step by step guide to help your cause:

   CAUTION:

All data on the drive is removed during this process. Back up your important information before attempting the recovery.

  1. Shut down the tablet.

  2. While pressing the Volume Down button, press the Power button for 2 seconds and release.

Figure : Power and Volume Down buttons

Photograph showing the location of the power and volume buttons. As facing the back of the tablet, the Power button is located in the upper left top edge and the Volume Down button being the lower portion of a toggle switch in the upper left edge on the back.
  3. From the Startup menu, tap System Recovery.

CLICK HERE FOR MORE STEPS AND INSTRUCTIONS.

(by the end of this document, all the issues should be resolved)

Let me know how that pans out

I hope you have a good day ahead,

And Feel free to ask any other queries as  well,

Considering, this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.
