Omen by hp laptop ce010nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought an Omen by hp 15 (2016) from a close friend that seems and works like new but has a problem with the keyboard and the  touch pad: booting after sleep mode or normal shut down keyboard and mouse pad don't respond and I have to force shutdown the laptop in order to make them  work again, even if I keep rebooting that doesn't help. I tried different solutions suggested by online forums like device manager, regedit, driver updating , re installing windows ,formatting and stuff but nothing seems to solve the issue .At first even the USB mouse was not working but I solved this de activating some option inside battery management concerning USB ports and even changed the battery that was swollen .Rebooting doesn't change the situation: if they worked before they work after but if they don't work in the first place neither they do after

I a tried updating bios to some newest versions but without result.
