Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
after disconnecting, while through the button (forcibly) the computer stopped loading, it only shows the hp keypad does not work either, what can reset bios but I don’t know where to jump the jumper после отключение пока через кнопку (принудительно ) компьютер перестал загружаться показывает только лoготиб hp клавиатура тоже не работает , что делать может сбросить bios вот только я не знаю куда стоветь перемычку

  • What happens when you start your computer? is system stuck on HP Logo screen?
  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

2.No updates have been made.

I tried to turn off the computer through Windows, but it did not produce results and I pressed the forced shutdown of the computer through the off button.

I replaced the power supply, HDD, And he tried to reset the BIOS settings through the jumpers.

But all to no avail, everything also displays the HP logo.
