I am desperate I've been trying to change my password for the last ½ hour. finally I managed to do it on my laptop. But I do not get in on my phone it says there is some problem with my account. What can i do? now I can't sign on my laptop either. Access prevented. What can -i do please help me.

What password are you talking about???
If this is for a Microsoft account, you need to contact them for help with your account.
IF there is trouble with a Samsung phone, we dont handle that on the HP forum.
