Product: Hp envy x360 - 15t-ed100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can’t not normally shut down my laptop, the screen show shutting down, but it is no turning off. I have to press the power button for few second in order to turn off it. If I didn’t press the power button, it goes extremely hot. I just want know how to fix this problem, and what cause this problem.
