Product: Stream 7 tablet

I have an HP Stream 7 tablet Serial #[Personal Information Removed]
, running windows 8. I was going to give this to a grandchild, while doing a Hard reset it asked me for a configuration change conformation to clear the TPM (Trusted Platform Module). it is frozen there, not letting me touch yes or no.  HELP! lol.
