hello,
I need update to unknown device with hardware ID
ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_0004
ACPI\HPQ0004
*HPQ0004

and the second update for unknown device with hardware ID
USB\VID_138A&PID_003C&REV_0086
USB\VID_138A&PID_003C

Hi:

 

You need these drivers...

 

HPQ0004:

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64144.exe

 

USB\VID_138A&PID_003C:

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp58501-59000/sp58900.exe

 

You will have to manually install the second one.

 

After you run the driver, the device will probably not get installed.

 

Go to the device manager, click on the unknown USB\VID_138A&PID_003C device needing the driver.

 

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

 

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.

 

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp58900.

 

Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

 

Then restart the PC.
