I went to restart my computer and got the blue screen message "System Thread Exception not handled (AmUStor.sys)". The computer restarts but always comes back this same screen. I have tried less invasive System Recovery options like:
>system restore (several times): says I cannot complete because it cannot open a file, likely due to and antivirus program.
>using the command prompt: but any command I try to use "is not recognized as an internal or I external command, operable progam or batch file."
>I read a solution that involves booting in safe mode, but changing boot options is not listed under advanced options.
What to do?
