Hi fellow HP users and forum moderators,
I am using a Spectre X360 purchased in Australia and currently using it in Australia.
My problem is that the laptop sometimes does not wake up from sleep/hibernate. The screen is pitch black and keyboard lighting button is functional but I tried every single button on the keybpard and pressed the trackpad. Nothing happens or responds to this.
Is this a software issue? HP software or Windows 10 64bit issue?
Maybe a hardware like SSD playing up? My SSD is a Samsung 256GB one.
The only way to make my laptop work again is to press the on/off/sleep button for 5 seconds then it would force to shutdown then I press again to boot it up.
This is getting annoying. I am writing a report for university and suddenly after having a short break or so and opening my laptop the screen is black does not want to wake up.
Any solution(s) to this?
Thanks in advance!
