Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Every time I play a video or a song on my laptop the volume starts off grand and then slowly starts to decrease and decrease until its nearly mute, its very annoying. It doesnt matter what volume I start off at on either the video itself or the speakers, it just turns itself down. Any help would be appreciated!
