I brought my printer from The UK to South Africa and needed new cartridges and the HP store advised I needed to do regionalisation. I called the South African support line who tried to do this onlne and it failed. I was then told to go to this horrid place called Ensure IT services in Midrand Johannesurg. 45KMs from where I live, I was told it is out of warranty and it is because the HP support line confirmed it but this place said its not. I do not have the receipt of purchase from Sainsburys UK since I moved countries and the arguement began. I was then charged R266,00 and told the regionalisation would cost R350,00 minus the R250,00 but I then after they sent the quote to the incorrect email and then after much frustration the quote came through for R500,00 to be paid in!!!!!! so thats a totalof R766,00 oh my word!!!!!!!!
I am highly upset that I dod not even get a call to explain and I have emailed them numerous times since the number to call gors straight through to a call centre in india who cannot explain anything to me.
HP PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
