Product: HP Envy 5535
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
I have to say I've always been a supporter of HP products... but after 3 weeks (and probably longer) of trying to get my HP Envy 5535 to print the entire page of a document I've given up. I've done all the troubleshooting (manual IP, deleted and reinstalled the software) and I'm at my wit's end with this piece of crap.
Other than the steps I've done above, what else can I do to get this doorstop to print one page of a document?
HP sure isn't the product it used to be.
