Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP DeskJet 3752 that will not print documents. I believe I have all of the proper drivers in place. I try to print a file either directly from the file or from the HP Smart program and it will not print. I have tried pdfs and word documents. I believe the computer and printer are communicating because I can clean and realign the printer heads and print off the diagnostic pages by using my computer.
Any ideas on what could be wrong?
