Product: Envy 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy 7640 worked for a while after setting up the static IP address. However it has been extremely unreliable, for probably the last 2-3 months. It won't print and shows offline at least 60%-75% of the time when I need to print. And it always happens when I don't have extra time to mess with it!!!!  Print Doctor can't fix it. Sometimes rebooting my PC helps. And once in a while I get lucky and it prints and this is with no intervention at all. Ususally it won't work, but sometimes will.

 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer, no change.
