The printer is connecting through the USB cable and is working fine, when i folow the oin screen instructions to convert the usb printer to Network.
following is happening.
wireless setiings are retreaved from py PC,
then after i press next after selecting. " Do you want to connect and store these settings on your printer.
i am getting the following message" your printer failed to join the wireless network.
"Issue: The network name (SSID) you entered manually could not be found.
Solution: Check that your wireless router is powered on. When manually entering your network name (SSID), make sure you enter it exactly including upper and lower case letters and any spaces.:
all the settings are good, previously the same printer has worked on the same wireless network.
Also when i press the wireless and cancil buttons together for 3 secounds, on the printer, nothing is happning, - it says in the user manual that the "powerlighjt will blink for a few secounds, then the printer will be in setup mode(wireless light will continue to blink until the printer is connected)
but none of the above is happening.
