Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Dear support,
I need to modify some setting in the laptop BIOS but when I try to gain access, I have a popup with password request.
I've never insert a BIOS password.
I work for Philips and I have also contact my local IT department and nobody insert a protection password on the BIOS.
My actual BIOS version is 1.36
Can you help to reset/remove the password?
Thanks,
Giuseppe
