Hello Everyone, 

 

This is my first time here, and well I need help and hoping someone to help me out. 

 

Well, about 9 months ago, I had purchased a HP Pavillion All in one ( HP Pav 23-q252na). 

 

It's a perfect PC that I use for my basic needs, and its been running smoothly however this week it has been acting up, mainly it won't wake up from sleep mode. This is an issue that I have never had before. 

 

The PC itself work, however when I leave it idle, it will automatically go to sleep mode (normal settings) and then when i try to wake it up by either pressing a random button or then shaking the mouse it will not wake up. 

 

Can someone please help me out.
