Product: hp 110desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
on my hp 110-314 desk top I did a factory reset- after a while it stopped reloading (froze) and I tried to figure out what happened. I ended up in f-10 and was looking through the options and at one point it wanted a password - I thought it wanted my normal startup password so I entered that . now when I start up I get a black screen with a blue rectangle box that says enter power-on password and has a white key looking symbol. I have done many searches and tried entering mutiple different codes but nothing seems to get rid of it or disable it. any other ideas on what might get rid of this?
