HP Recommended
Product: HP DJ 3835
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to print in color on windows 10 (ms word, pdf) on hp dj3830 via wifi but print is black & white only. Printing via USB is ok, diagnotic is ok, printing from other devices (tested MacBook Air, iPhone SE) is in color via wifi. Printer setting when using USB shows selection  B/W and color, but in Printer setting for Wifi/Network is no option to select color or b/w.

Latest drivers from 123.hp.com.
