Product: Samsung Xpress SL-M2825 Laser Printer series
Operating System: Chrome OS

Hi there, where can I find updated firmware for Samsung printers? I have a Samsung Xpress M2825DW laserprinter. I'm trying to use it with a Chromebook. In recent weeks I've had problems trying to print from ChromeOS. When printing even basic text documents, the printout I get shows the following: "11-1112 PWG Error - Incomplete session by time out"

 

It used to work, so I'm not sure if a recent update to Google/ChromeOS caused problems or something else. I've researched this error code and the general response was to upgrade the printer's firmware. When I went lookng on HP's site, all I could find for that model were drivers for Windows/Mac, but not firmware updates.

 

Any ideas? THanks in advance.
