Product: HP Spectre 13-w000 x360 Convertible PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have new USB-C earphones but trying them on my laptop, they arent recognised.

Is it because the hardware doesnt support this use from the USB-C ports?

 

I would love some support to get them working if it is at all possible.
