Product: HP LaserJet Pro M402-M403 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We have several M402n's here in the office, but mine is the only one with these issues:

 

When I print PDF's I have 2 problems:

 

1. It literally takes a full minute between the time I tell my document to print for it to actually print.  My printer has to really think long and hard about printing pdfs.

 

2. If I print a pdf document (doesn't matter if it's one I've created/downloaded/our accounting software creates), and it's more than 10 pages in total, I'll get about 6 pages, the printer will halt (as if thinking), then will print garbage as the remainder of the document.  I can print it in 10 page increments, but then we fall back to problem #1, and I spend a lot of time waiting for my printer.

 

Any suggestions?
