Hello,
After a paper jam and head crash (the HP Matte Poly folded over itself in the corner) our z6200 had not been able to easily load paper.
I get a" Paper Loaded Incorrectly" with no paper in the printer or when I try to load and I have no choice but to shut down the printer and reboot.
I have done OMAS cal, and Line Sensor Calibration and cleaning and encoder stri cleaning and there is no improvement.
The printer seems to have a problem feeding the paper in so it fails before it gets to line sensor.
Here is how it normally works:
1. Press load paper - screen displays how to load paper
2. Load paper and the printer feeds paper
Here is how it works now:
1. Press load paper - screen displays how to load paper flashed for a split second. Printer started feeding paper and print head started searching for paper
2. If I am really quick I can feed the paper and it might work.
3. If I don't feed the paper, the display will say "paper loaded incorrectly" and I have to shut down.
The printer thinks there is paper still inside when there is no paper. The only way to get it to work is to load the paper with the printer off and turn on the printer and press load paper. If I load the paper the normal way it is 50/50 if it will load properly.
Is there another sensor that paper is being feed that I can clean?
Any ideas?
Thanks,
