Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I just got my computer connected to my printer today, but now my printer will not print ink onto my pages. I bought new magenta, yellow, and cyan cartridges today that are the proper type (902 XL), and I have plenty of black ink, but it will not print these onto the paper. I have taken out and put in the cartridges to make sure there wasn't a blockage or bad reading, as it has been a while since I have gotten the printer to connect to my computer and work, but it's simply printing white pages now.
Thanks,
Colton
