Product: HP TouchSmart IQ500 Series PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista
Don't know why but I walked away from computer with my flash drive in it. It came up with blue screen that said "Your PC couln't start property. An unexpected I/O erro has occured" with the above error ode. Then says, "This problem can happen when a removable storage device is removed while it's in use or is failing. Properly connecting any removable storage and restarting your PC may fix this problem." The following are the facts:
- My flash drive was never removed;
- I tried putting in a few different flash drives but it did not fix it;
- Tried Enter (to try again) but nothing, then F8 (Startup Settings) but it will not take me to anyhing; and
- Nothing is wrong with my flash drive because I have used it in my laptop for over 3 weeks after the issue started.
Appreciate any help that you can provide...
