HP Recommended
Product: HP 250 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I got a brand new HP 250 G6. I have installed Windows. Installed the automated HP tool. It started downloading the drivers. Got to the BIOS update. The update failed. The machine froze. Now the machine Is dead. Black screen. I am trying the suggested methods for recovery with the USB drive, holding the windows key and the B (V) key. Nothing happens. The led light on the Caps Lock blinks. That's the only indication of life. So far this is the fastest death of a machine I have ever seen. HELP!!!
