Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When printing greys, it has a lot of red in it. All other colors seem to print just fine. Upon color test the grey fadee to black prints fine. any other printing of greys all come out redish. Replaced both black/cyan heads & both magenta/yellow heads.
