Product: DesignJet 500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can not get my DesignJet 500 to work with my new windows 10 laptop. I have some computer know how and Have tried a few things but nothing is working. Can anyone help with this if you have run into the same thing and have found a fix. Thank you
