Accepted the firmware update this morning and was then greeted by "The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed." Tried all the troubleshooting steps: reset printer (unplug while on, wait 60 sec), cleaned and reseated printhead. Reseated cartridges. Repeated many times.
Could be a true printhead failure, I suppose, but the coincidence is striking.
Used as wifi printer only.
