I purchased a HP spectre laptop on 16 February 2018 from Amazon UK .
Laptop details are
HP Spectre x360 Convertible
Model 13-ae005na
ProdID 2QF94EA#ABU
S/N#5CD7445GJR


I was therefore surprised to get a reminder a approximately 1 week ago that the warranty on my laptop will expire in December 2018. That is incorrect as I only purchased the laptop in February 2018. 
I cannot seem to find a manned email address for HP

How can I contact HP to ammend amend their records accordingly and send me confirmation?
