This morning I have attempted to turn on my desktop and it has been freezing on HP logo and not starting up.
I left it to load for half an hour and there was no change in status.
I have run a Hard Drive Quick test and it has failed the Hard Drive Short DST Check presenting the Failure ID:
Can anybody help me solve this error, or at worst know how I may be able to recover any files that I have not previously backed up.
