Product: pavilion 20 all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

My pavilion will not start at all.  It just processes as if about to start but never finishes booting up.  I tried the trick with the F2 button and ran the start up test.  I got the error code RLHH7R-000987-PXPB0K60U703.  I reran the test and got the same result.  No new addition to the software or hardware.  I had trouble with requiring two restarts a few times, but it always restarted up until now. Any suggestions?
