I have upgraded my graphics card and needed to also upgrade my power supply unit - but the connectors on this motherboard are different than what comes with the PSU upgrade. 

 

I'm unsure of what the small 3 wire connector labeled "12v_in" is used for. The 4 pin cpu and 4 pin main are explanatory... but what about the tiny one? I can find no info of it online.
