Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to install the firmware pack using HP Support Assistant.

A popup message appears; a separate installing program has been launched. You may have to preform actions to complete the installation.

It seems nothing further is happening; CPU use is minimal, as is memory use and hard disk activity.

Is there another way of installing the firmware pack?
