Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My computer hard drive seems to be completely dead -- have tried to restore a few times and it failed twice and then after the last reboot now it doesn't even find the hard drive. The error I have on the long hard drive scan is:
Failure ID: 9G9XMD-88R99P-XD4F7F-61A003
Do I have any options or do I need to get a new hard drive? If I get a new hard drive where can I find my Windows 10 license?
