I just got this omen laptop last week. Overall it is a great product especially the performance. Just one thing very annoying is when I use two fingers to scroll on touchpad, occasionally it bounces back quickly when my fingers stop. It is very hard to describe what is really happening, but it is really deal break, when I already scroll down quite a length on a web page, out of the blue, it jumps back to the begin of the page. I did some search it seems a common and mysterious problem across different brands of windows laptop and no solid solution reported. I have installed latest synaptics touch pad driver released just this Nov and disabled those features like double-finger tap tath could influence scrolling. None of them fixed the problem.
In hp support forum, some one mentioned disassemble the chasis and loosen the screws on touchpad may help on some previous HP models. I'm not sure if I should do it to my new machine.
Anyone has the similiar issue or a solution?
Thanks.
